The grooming staff at this location are awesome they are very sweet. They seem like they genuinely love the animals that come in.
I've been taking my miniature schnauzer to this location since August 14, 2014. We have taken him there on at least 7 occasions, just for grooming alone. Yesterday they called to inform me that he was ready for pick up. When I arrived, the stylist walks out ask who the owner is and tells me that since my dog wasn't compliant, we would no longer be allowed to bring him there for service. This caught me by surprise since we have never had any issues before. As to not cause a scene and understanding that they were busy, I waited until I left and called the store for more details. The manager of the store Chase, was very helpful, but the next day the manager of the grooming department called back and out of the blue develops a photographic memory and states that every time my dog comes in he behaves this way. So of all the dogs, I guess he is the only one who does this, and she's there every time to witness it first hand. So I bring it to her attention that they have never annotated this on his paperwork, e-mailed us or verbally stated any issues of behavior over the past 2 years. End result is after being a customer of this store since 2005, my dog is no longer welcomed there. And since we treat our dog as family, if he's not good enough to be groomed there, we'll start purchasing he and the cats pet supplies from Petco. It's closer, but we have always be loyal patrons of PetSmart for over 20 years.

A comprehensive store, more than I could want, bring your imagination and you will leave with lots of stuff.
I'd give zero if I could...Firm believer in 2nd chances so took my dogs into to get a standard bath combo. This package is states it comes with gland expression as well. Last time I took them, this was not done and was quite obvious once I got the dogs home as the smell was still present. I Let it pass, mistakes happen and did it myself at home no problem. when I called to make my apt for today, I specifically asked they do the expression. She made a note of it and when they were dropped off it was specifically asked for again.... when my mother went and picked up she asked if it was done. The staff looked at her like she was stupid and looked at each other with confusion and irritation.... they took the dogs to back, promptly returned stating nothing came out. I do not believe they even attempted based on the swiftness of their return.... staff seemed very annoyed both times. We will not be back. I'd rather go somewhere where the staff actually enjoys their job and does it well.... my dogs deserve that.
