Drs. Rice and Jenkins have treated my dog lovingly and thoroughly through some tricky problems. I appreciate the time they took with me to answer all of my questions. They allowed me to talk about my observations as an owner and helped me to understand what was happening with Ellie. I can't thank them enough.
My experience in the office was stellar. However I have been plagued with 3 months of bills ever since, despite having paid in full at the time of my visit. I have provided proof of my payment in full yet this continues to remain unresolved and now no one is responding my inquiries. I am completely baffled by this.
I have been going to see Dr Willis since they opened...just love him and the center and the way they are so loving and caring with my cat's..I have moved and still travel to Winterfield Vet for all there needs..no better place!
