Took my son to get a haircut this morning. Normally everything is fine but all of the employees must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed!! I walk in and 2 of the girls who were cutting hair start arguing about who was going to check me in--very unprofessional-- Then later another woman who wasn't involved in that, got snappy with one of those girls. 2 of the girls then were very short with the 2 customers they checked out....I just got a really bad vibe today...the girl who cut my sons hair, Jessica, was the most pleasant employee in there, did just I asked to my sons hair, I was very impressed, bc his hair is very course and wavy and I have many times had other stylists do a horrible job. I will most likely go back there, hope it's a better day for all!
I was kinda late to the location today and was almost 8:45pm but Alex was courteous n so welcoming she made me feel so comfy. Shes sweet n is a lady with a lion tattoo .. shes calm n funny..n yes..she gave me an awesome haicut quick1 n a stylish1 !
Anisha, a hair cutter that works there needs to be terminated for unlawful racial profiling and prejudice. She relentlessly asked about a client's ethnicity, accent, racial background, even after being asked to please stop. She is a disrespectful disgrace to Great Clips and what it stands for. Completely disappointed at Anisha's service and un-professionalism.

I took my mother and sister there so the three of us could get cuts. I think we picked a bad day. Every stylist was in a bad mood and wasn't very friendly. We go there all the time but this time it was not a good experience. Tonya is greatly missed. My stylist didn't listen to what I wanted and cut my hair way too short. My mother didn't get the cut she asked for. Not happy customers.
They do a great job very friendly. ladonna Is awesome she always nice to me and friendly easy to have conversations with
