This place use to be amazing . Unfortunately, the last few times it has been terrible. The only reason I went there today is because 3 other nail salons were closed on Sunday's. If you're looking for a decent pedicure do not come here. You pay $25 for them to file your nails, put lotion on your legs and paint your nails. There is no foot massage! Which ,lets be real, is the best part of a pedicure... And why many people choose to have a pedicure instead of just their nails being painted.
This is a family business , very nice people , the young man and his family took over the place from the people who used to have it ...This is a kind and professional group ....worth every penny
Tammy Nails, I sincerely hope you increase your quality of service. Many of my family and friends stopped coming here months ago due to the poor quality. It's such a shame to see what use to be a good company dwindle away.
I would give them a zero stars if i could. My manicure was nothing short of clipping and polish. My friend and I thought we would bring our 4 kids and called tge day before to check pricing. We were told 30 total for all kids ages 4, 5, 6, and 7 to get hands and feet done. We thought that was cheap but repeated price back to verify. Well our big mistake was we didnt ask befire our appt when there and at the end got handed a much different price!!! When i told them what i was quoted on phone they didnt want to listen. They charge us extra 5 per kid for a layed polish and didnt bother to say that when they happily offer it to them.... kidsprices should be half at least. They litterally painted 80 tiny fingers and toes and cost total 80!!! So thats a dollar a nail!!! The work was nothing short of what we could do at home! They dont price kids on their little paper so i guess we just got scammed..
I have been coming here for years with my mom to get a regular mani and pedi. About 1 week ago I went without her, to get a fill in on acrylic nails I had gotten done while out of town. I CALLED AHEAD OF TIME and asked how much it would be to get an acrylic fill-in and 1 nail repair. I was told it would be $19 for the fill-in and $3 for the repair. Okay great. I selected a polish, the woman finishes my nails and then wham- they tell me its going to be $33. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I can pay $33 for a fresh brand new Acrylic set!! Where did that additional $11 all of a sudden come from!?! Unfortunately, I just walked out and didn't even bother complaining. Not only that, but once I got outside and I looked at my nails, on 3 of my nails the acrylic wasn't even applied evenly or smoothly. My nails looked bumpy. AND FYI- the set was completed by one of there "best" technicians. She has been working there since my mother and I first started going to this shop. I really think you get different service depending on whether you are a tried and true customer with a familiar face vs someone walking in/ or someone who looks young. Even though I am 26 years old, I get mistaken for a 15-16 year old ALL THE TIME.
Excellent service and salon. Highly recommended.
