I've been coming to Katrina for almost 2 years now. She does a great cut every time-I frequently get compliments from total strangers. She's also a very kind and warm person. The only odd thing about this salon-you can't put your tip on your card, have to remember to bring cash.
Great place! I recommend Faith Handy specifically but I've have had others there cut my hair when she wasn't available and I've always had a great experience. Faith listens makes recommendations then whips up an awesome cut that'll leave you coming back.
Whitney was wonderful! There have only been two people in my entire life who have touched my hair. So, after moving several states away from home I was forced to find someone else. I was very nervous about it, but after doing a lot of research and reading reviews, I decided to come here. I am SO GLAD I DID! Whitney was super sweet and easy to talk to, was very up front about all of the pricing, and took extra measures to ensure my hair wouldn't get fried or break off after the highlighting process. The picture on the left is the picture from the internet that I showed her of what type of coloring I wanted, and the picture on the right is my hair when Whitney was finished. SHE NAILED IT. If I wasn't about to move away again, I would definitely become a regular here at this salon with Whitney. Thank you so much!
Absolutely disappointing. I went here for the first time to get a basic trim and they gave me a young, fresh off the line girl who clearly didn't know what she was doing. She didn't butcher my hair but I wasn't thrilled with it either.(I understand they need to gain experience but if they aren't ready to be on they're own they should still have a buddy on hand.) Then I had a gift certificate to use so I thought I would give them another chance and specifically asked for someone with more experience. 150 dollars and 3 hours later I left with my same exact hair. Nothing like the picture I had shown them. They offered me half of what I paid in a refund and to have me come in to have it fixed, which is nice, but I will never go back here again. Too many inexperienced staff members. Thank you for the prompt response but overall very unsatisfied.
I've been going to this salon faithfully for more than 12 years. I have never left with a bad cut. Robin Blair is my stylist but there have been times when I've needed to use the services of others at the salon, and I've always been very satisfied. The spa also is wonderful. Jennie Berger is the best nail tech I've ever had and completely understands my special needs. My experiences in the other spa areas are the same..outstanding. My expectations are always met and the staff is very friendly, beginning with the front desk. I would highly recommend this salon.
