Have been going there for years. Very relaxing. Staff very pleasant. I use my hands all the time for work and the gel nails have been wonderful! I buy friends and family gift certificates for all occasions.
Absolutely terrible. A woman working there waxed my and my mother's eyebrows after we have gotten our fingers nails painted. The woman did not show either of us a mirror after she was done then she wanted us to pay immediately. We paid and as soon as we got the car and looked in the mirror I saw that half my eyebrows were missing and mother's eyebrows completely uneven. My nail polish had completely peel off within less than 45 minutes of leaving. We didn't even want to go back there to get our money back. We will never be returning.
I have been going to this salon for years. The technicians are wonderful and so hard working. Prices are the best in the area. Pedicure is very relaxing and includes leg massage. They do a great job of getting the dead skin off, but leaving enough callouses on (I'm an athlete and need some for my running). Manicure is also wonderful. At the end they give you a little shoulder massage that leaves you feeling relaxed.
This is my second experience with this salon, and I've received the best nail service out of any place I've been to in Mechanicsville, Chesterfield, and Richmond. The price was very good, and I was given a shoulder massage afterward. I also like that they save the clippers and other things they use on my nails in my own box for next time so I don't have to worry about having anyone else's gook on me. I will definitely keep going to this one.
