They did a wonderful job on my perm. The teachers were there to guide Chanel through the entire process. Everyone was extremely pleasant. I will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone. Extremely happy costumer!
Please stay far away from this location when it comes to hair dye. They did a consultation and tested my skin and quoted me a price of 45$. 5 days later I came in for my appointment they at that time changed the price to 75$ saying they misquoted. It was Management the original quoted me and the same manager changed the price while I was in the chair. I should of left then. I wish to God I had. What I wanted at a professional salon would of been 90$ so I wasn't getting as much discount as I expected. The did a strand test in the back of my head so I clearly could not see what the color looked like but they claimed my hair color was exactly like the sample hair they showed me so I trusted their word.i requested a three color ombré hair color. And I asked for semi dye for my roots to cover my gray but was told I had to get permanent color or else my roots would bleed into my light color. Based on this information I allowed them to continue. I was there a totally 6 hours. My roots looked fine. However I recieved no ombré!!! They lighted my hair with a 20 and a 30. Once my hair was shampoo I went to the mirror my hair was a complete EXTRA BRIGHT ORANGE! I told them that's not the color I requested. They told me it just need to be bleached again and a toner on it. So round two was no better it was still a cartoon character looking Extra Bright Orange. No auburn or blonde in site. They then told me to come back in 1month and have it lighted bleach again. I'm suffering having to keep my hair bright cartoon orange for a month. I didn't complain much other than telling them this is not even an ombré let alone auburn or blonde. If they had told me they didn't know how to do it I would of waited and saved a bit more money to have it done professionally. Both the hair stylist and her teacher worked on my hair for 6 hours, so I can leave looking like a cartoon character. I paid the 75 and left with zero intent to return. Right after I went to a professional salon near me who told me she would of charged only 90 and it would of looked like my picture I showed them. My hair looks like I went to the store and bought a box dye and did it myself. I have to wait 3 weeks to have a professional correct my color. They are afraid if the bleach it again (3times) my hair may fall out! I do not know about their other services but DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR COLOR OR BLEACHING! You will leave feel unsatisfactory and having to pay a real professional to correct the color. I understand it's a school but this is way worse than I expected. I am out of 75$ and have to stay orange for 3 weeks
Wonderful way to get salon services at rock bottom prices! Senior students under supervision do hair services, manicures, etc. My granddaughter could not believe how great her hair looked. The stylist was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable! We will go there again!
