HORRIBLE customer service! Don't ever go here to expect knowledge about any sales because no one knows. Came 3 hours after the store opened on a first day of a sale to which they couldn't find ANY of the free gifts for the things I purchased. Had to repeatedly show everyone the catalog so they knew what to look for. Not many apologies from anyone besides my poor cashier who was at least nice. Not her fault that the store doesn't train their employees about sales. Seriously, go to another location. Better experiences at the short pump one.
This was the worst experience ever!! my sister got her prom makeup done here today and she looks awful the lady she got had no idea what she was doing i hope she gets fired this my seem extreme but my sister looks like and clown and if i could give zero stars i would she got in the car and starting crying. She is to sweet to say anything to the lady and we had to get somewhere but the worst part is that she was allowed to work there
Daughter had her brows done today. This is the third technician Ulta has been thru in less than a year. Well my daughter looks like the technician took out after her with a sharpie. Too dark. No shape and to add insult to injury she didn't even clean all the tint off my daughter's face when we left. Ridiculous. Do not recommend the brow bar one bit.
Giving this a 2 due to customer service. I needed help and tried to ask multiple people who were all too busy to assist. I was in the store with about 4 other customers for a total of 40 min.
Everyone is always nice and helpful. Great, clean store and the coupons help!
